EV Conversion of VW Polo 2004yr.
We have developed a complete kit for EV Conversion of VW Polo including transmission parts.
Top Speed: 120 km/h
Parts used from the EV Conversion Kit:
– Electric Motor AC 3-Phase 15/30 kW (96V)
– Electric Motor Controller/Inverter
– Brake Vacuum pump and Vacuum tank with pressure sensor
– Battery Charger 20A 96V
– Battery 96V, 30S, LiFePo4 125Ah (12 kWh) with heating, BMS, relays, fuses, shunt…
– Electric throttle pedal
– DC-DC converter 96V->12V (for charging 12V car battery)
– Type2 Charger Plug
– Transmission coupler
– Transmission plate
– Motor mount part
– Emergency stop switch
In this project we have removed the following:
– petrol engine 1.4
– gas tank
– exhaust
– ICE – Motor sensors
– water radiator
We Kept:
– Transmission
– Clutch system
– FlyWheel
– Car battery 12V
*All parts are in engine bay so trunk is fully empty.
